Our Curriculum
Homeschool activity time made simple, structured, and stress-free
Our sports-based homeschool curriculum is designed for families who want a clear, easy-to-follow plan they can actually use. Each lesson includes written instructions paired with step-by-step videos that show you exactly what to do—removing guesswork, confusion, and the need for any coaching experience.
Students stay engaged through active, game-based learning while building real skills and confidence over time. Parents can lead with ease, knowing every lesson is fully mapped out and supported with visual guidance.
Whether you’re new to structured homeschool activity time or looking for a better system, this curriculum gives you everything you need to create a consistent, effective, and confidence-building experience at home.
How It Works
The Home Field Advantage curriculum gives homeschool families a clear, repeatable structure that’s easy to follow and actually works in real daily life.
Each session follows a simple format that combines written guidance with video instruction, so you always know exactly what to do and how to do it.
What Each Session Includes
1. Clear Session Goal
Every lesson starts with a defined objective so you know what your child is working toward—whether that’s building a new skill, improving coordination, or gaining confidence through repetition.
2. Simple Equipment List
No specialty gear required. Most sessions use common household items like socks, water bottles, or baskets—making it easy to start without extra cost or prep.
3. Quick Setup (1–2 minutes)
Straightforward instructions help you set up fast indoors or outdoors, without complicated layouts or wasted time.
4. Guided Instruction (Written + Video)
Step-by-step written directions are paired with short videos that demonstrate exactly how the activity should look, so both parents and students can follow with confidence.
5. Skill-Based Game or Activity
Each lesson centers on a sports-based activity designed to:
- Teach fundamentals like shooting, throwing, and coordination
- Build progression over time
- Keep students engaged through play
6. Built-In Progression
Activities are intentionally structured to grow with your child—starting simple and gradually increasing in difficulty as skills improve.
7. Time-Based Challenges
Many sessions include timers or simple goals to build focus, effort, and confidence under light challenge, while still keeping things fun and achievable.
8. Parent Prompts & Coaching Cues
Simple guidance helps you know what to say and how to encourage your child—even if you don’t have a sports background.
